• CPET reusable tableware can withstand temperatures up to 140℃(284℉).
• Tritan reusable tableware can withstand temperatures up to 100℃(212℉).
• Sugarcane Fiber tableware can withstand temperatures up to 90℃(194℉) and low temperatures down to 0℃(32℉).

CPET and Tritan reusable tableware is microwave-safe. It is recommended to limit the microwave heating time to approximately 2 minutes (for microwaves with a power of 900W or lower).

Please avoid heating oily foods. Oily foods such as chili, curry, mustard, or tomato sauce, are likely to cause staining, discoloration, or deformation of the tableware when heating temperature exceeding the tolerance of the tableware. So please pay special attention.

Sugarcane Fiber tableware is not microwave safe.

Please DO NOT use an oven to heat the three tableware products mentioned above, nor should they be heated directly over a flame or any other heat source.

CPET and Tritan are dishwasher safe. Various dishwasher brands and detergents are available on the market, each with its own specifications. Before using in the dishwasher, please ensure that the temperature does not exceed the recommended range and that a neutral detergent is used.

For CPET reusable tableware, using a steam sterilizer or placing it in a UV sterilizer is both acceptable.

Tritan reusable tableware can be placed in a UV sterilizer, but steam sterilization is not recommended.

Sugarcane Fiber tableware has undergone 100 cycles of cleaning tests in a Bosch dishwasher, confirming no issues. It can be placed in a UV sterilizer, however, under UV light will shorten the product life cycle. Steam sterilization is not recommended.

• CPET reusable tableware resembles porcelain tableware in appearance, but it possesses the durable and drop-proof properties of PET, making it safer compared to fragile porcelain tableware.
• Tritan reusable tableware features a clear appearance like glass, yet it is lightweight and shatterproof, unlike glass tableware that is prone to shattering.
• Sugarcane Fiber tableware does not contain plastic and does not possess the drop-proof properties of plastic. Please avoid dropping the product.

Under reasonable use, the service life of CPET and Tritan reusable tableware is typically around 3~5 years, although this can vary depending on individual usage. Plastic products inevitably develop scratches and wear over time, but because we choose safe and high-quality materials, even if scratches and wear occur, no harmful substances are released, making them still quite safe to use.

The service life of sugarcane fiber tableware is typically around 1~2 years under reasonable use. However, it can vary depending on individual usage.

• CPET reusable tableware is made from PET through a unique physical crystallization process. Therefore, Crystalline PET is PET. PET is the most recyclable plastic in the world.
• Tritan reusable tableware is made from Tritan which is recyclable as well. We have already started closed-loop recycling in Taiwan, and after re-granulation, the old tableware is reprocessed into new products.
  During 2021-2022, we conducted two rounds of recycling for the tableware sold to Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. (ASE) employee cafeteria. We reprocessed the old tableware into new products, such as flowerpots, standing soap holders, etc.
• Sugarcane fiber tableware can be composted at home and is also recyclable. Old tableware can also be entered into our closed-loop recycling system in Taiwan, where it is reprocessed into new products, such as chairs.

While our tableware is printable, we prioritize Earth and environmentally friendliness. We suggest minimizing additional post-processing additives for easier decomposition or recycling, thus being more eco-friendly (reducing carbon emissions from additional processing).

CPET and Tritan reusable tableware have passed the Food Container Specification Inspection of the Republic of China, certified by SGS and complied with U.S. FDA certification.

The material of sugarcane fiber tableware has the OK COMPOST household & industrial compost certification of EU TÜV AUSTRIA, and the tableware has certified by SGS.

All these three kinds of tableware are environmentally friendly.

• Biodegradable tableware: Most of them are for short-term use, such as disposable tableware, straws, spoons, takeaway boxes, etc. After use, they can be decomposed and composted through burial under specific conditions, without causing a burden to the environment.
• Plant fiber tableware: Mainly made from naturally renewable resources, such as rice husks, wheat straws, bagasse, coffee, and other agricultural waste, it reduces the use of traditional petrochemical materials, making it environmentally friendly.
• CPET and Tritan reusable tableware: It is also made from safe, eco-friendly, and recyclable materials. Compared with biodegradable tableware and biomass/plant fiber tableware, it is designed for multiple reuses, it's sturdy and durable. After use, it can be recycled for remanufacturing and reuse, reducing the need for new raw materials, and promoting a circular economy.

Currently, we do not have any distributors or agents overseas. All our tableware is manufactured locally in Taiwan and shipped from here.

We have an office and a warehouse in LA. Therefore, if your company located in the United States, we can ship the goods to the warehouse in LA for inventory preparation, and then ship them to you. This arrangement can also meet the needs of small orders.
